The Farm Kitchen is designed to cook with fresh ingredients directly from the land of the surrounded farms,
to be able to shorten the transportation chain between producer and consumer.
Other material streams such as food waste are incorporated to be part of the energy concept.
The connection with the surroundings is an important theme, the green environment will be the décor while cooking,
due to the big glass windows the chefs will oversee the fields. Like the ingredients the building materials are selected from natural sources.
Wood is the main local building material, dry connections are used to allow circularity and flexibility in the future.
At the same time the wood creates an natural atmosphere in- and outside.
